Academic Excellence

One of the Essential Elements of an Edmund Rice Christian Brother Education is to pursue excellence in all our endeavours. At Vancouver College, our faculty work closely with our students and demand that they commit to excellence in their academic pursuits. We celebrate each student who works to achieve his full potential. We recognize individuals who achieve an exceptional level and hold them as models for the school community.

Elementary School Academic Results

In 2009-10, ninety boys were enrolled in Grades 4, 5 and 6. Students achieved first and second class Honours as follows:

Three hundred and eighty one boys were enrolled in Middle School in 2009-10. Students achieved either First or Second Class Honour Roll status as follows:

Four hundred and seventy seven boys were enrolled in Senior School. Students achieved either First or Second Class Honour Roll status as follows:

Students who achieve an average of 90% or greater are named as members of the President's Honour Society. These students are recognized for their outstanding achievement at an academic assembly of the entire school joined by parents, faculty, and special guests. This year, we inducted 114 members.
