Golf

 The Golf program at Vancouver College has two teams: competitive senior and developmental junior. Candidates for these teams will already possess considerable skill. There are usually seven players on each team, sometimes more on the junior team. We have tryouts in the early spring and play practice/exhibition rounds each week after spring break. Both teams play matches with other schools in our zone. 

We play mostly at the Vancouver municipal courses ie. Langara, Fraserview, and MacLeery, as well as Riverway in Burnaby, and occasionally at one or two of the private courses in the Marine Drive area. The competitive team plays in the AAA Zone Final in May and, if successful, moves on to the Provincial championship tournament. Our zone is called the Burnaby/New Westminster/Independent Schools Zone.
