Communication
Communication between the School and Home
The school’s preferred method of communication is by email as this is more efficient and cost effective. It is the parents’ responsibility to provide the school with an active family email address and to inform the Advancement Officer of any changes to this address. Should families require mailings to be sent to more than one parent, email addresses should be provided accordingly.
Teachers may be reached by telephone or by email. Although communicating by telephone is acceptable, we have found communicating by email more efficient and effective. Teachers’ email addresses are listed on the school website under Staff Directory.
Change of Contact Information
Please notify the office of any change of address, email address, phone number, and/or Emergency Contact person/number. (use Change of Contact Information Form)
School Website
It is the parents’ responsibility to stay informed regarding school activities and current events through the school website. The website is updated on a daily basis for this purpose (See: Daily Announcements).
Messages for Students and Paging
Telephone messages can only be relayed to students in an emergency. Students can only be paged after school.
