Course Planning and Selection
Please review our Program of Studies for Senior School 2012-13.
A reminder to all grade 9, 10, and 11 students that course selection must be completed over the spring break and before the deadline of April 5th.
All students will receive a letter in the mail which will provide the Powerschool website address, a personal and confidential login and password, and other information.
Students should carefully review the course descriptions, prerequisite courses, and prerequisite marks in the VC Program of Studies (link above) before making their selections. Students who do not meet the prerequisite requirements will not be able to register for certain courses using Powerschool.
Those with unique circumstances should register as best they can for the appropriate courses on Powerschool and then email either Mrs. Beck at

gaccili@vc.bc.ca
to arrange a meeting after spring break. Emails will not be responded to over the spring break.
In addition to making their course selections online, students must submit a 2012 Course Selection Sheet, available on page 37 of the VC Program of Studies, signed by a parent/guardian, by the course selection deadline of April 5th.
Student schedules will be mailed home in late May/early June.

Summer School and Online Course Completion
All summer school report cards must be submitted with a completed External Courses Documentation Form directly to Ms. Castelino. Please submit a copy of the original.
