Acquisitions and Donations

Donations are sought from both parents and the community to support activities at Vancouver College throughout the school year. The three major annual fundraising initiatives undertaken by the Parents Association are the Finnegan Ball, the Mothers' Christmas Tea and Mayfair. Without the ongoing generous support of so many donors, the Vancouver College Parent's Association would not be able to meet its fundraising goals each year.

Donations may be made at any time, and may be dropped off at the school between 9:00-4:00 Monday to Friday. Donors are requested to dowload and complete the donation form to ensure acknowledgments are made and tax receipts are issued accordingly.

Please note proof of purchase or independent proof of value is required for tax receipts, and that receipts for donations-in-kind or for the provision of services cannot be issued.

SELF-EMPLOYED PARENTS OF VC

If you are self-employed and possibly have a service that could be beneficial to the school fundraising efforts and yourself, please forward a short proposal via email to Tony Chebya, President of the VCPA Executive  or call 604-267-4998.
