Mayfair

Mayfair is one of the major fundraising activities at Vancouver College. It is an old-fashioned spring fair, updated with lots of current activities for everyone to enjoy.

This year, Mayfair is on Saturday May 12, 2012. Planning starts in the fall and the more parents that get involved the more successful it will be. Mayfair is fun and a great place to volunteer and be part of the Vancouver College community. Mayfair and its success are very important for the school and your kids.

How you can help to make sure Mayair is a success:

• Please review the Activities Organizational Chart and choose an area wherein you can donate your VC volunteer hours and contact the convenor of that specific area.
• Please be mindful of Dress Down Days and send your donations to Mayfair accordingly.
• Large ticket donations (brand-new/unused) are sought from both parents and the community for the Mayair Silen Auction. These donations may be dropped off at the Main Office at any time during the school year. Please make sure they are marked "Mayfair Silent Auction."
