Costco Runners
Are you still looking for Parent Participation Hours? Throughout the year we need volunteers to purchase either fruit or vegetables trays from Costco or cheese platters from Safeway/IGA/Stongs. Spring or Graduation is our busiest time...with graduation events, First Communion reception, and perhaps a school production thrown in there too!
You will be given 3 volunteer hours for approximately $30 worth of goods bought and delivered to VC. Due to the large amount of food required during the month of June, volunteers often have the opportunity to purchase 3 trays for a total of 9 parent participation hours for your time and effort. Sound like it might be something you could help with?? If so, please e-mail Sheila Moon at and she will add you to her list of volunteers willing to do Costco runs when needed.
Elementary Boys Lunchtime Help Needed
The elementary boys are in need of your help during their lunchtime from 11:00 – 12:00. (11:00-11:30 lunchroom and 11:30-12:00 outside recess). If you able to help contact Wes Bolton at 604-267-4998.
Parents are required to assist daily during the day from 11:50 – 2:00 during middle and senior school lunch time to monitor the hallways. If you are able to help please call Wes Bolton at 604-267-4998.
