Important Dates for 2012-2013 Academic Year:

Vancouver College Open House - We invite all applicants and their parents to attend the Open House on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. For more, see Frequently Asked Questions

Schedule for 2012 Open House
6:20 pm	All prospective students and parents assemble in the Alumni Gymnasium
6:30 pm	Administrative Team Presentation
7:00 pm	Student-led Tours
8:00 pm	Reception in the Cafeteria

Application Deadline - Deadline for submitting admission applications for the 2012-2013 school year is January 31, 2012.

Entrance Placement Exam - Applicants entering Grades 4, 7 - 12 are required to write an entrance placement exam scheduled on Saturday, February 4, 2011 from 9 - 10 am for Grade 4s and from 9 am - 12:30 pm for all other grades. Sign in begins at 8:15 am in the Gymnasium for Grades 7-12 or the Cafeteria for Grade 4s. For more see Frequently Asked Questions.

 Notification of Status of Application - Selected Kindergarten and Grade 4 applicants are interviewed mid-February. ALL applicants are notified regarding the status of their application in writing the first week of March.
