How do we register?
Registration may be done online. Alternatively, you may print a Registration Form, complete it, and bring it in person to 5400 Cartier Street (Building 2 - Main Reception) or send it by fax to 604-261-2284. Full payment must be received in order to reserve a spot. Space is limited so we strongly recommend that you register as soon as possible.
Is this camp tax deductible?
Some families may be able to claim camp fees as child care expenses on their income tax. We will issue the receipts and distribute them at the last day of your child’s camp.
What happens if my child has to miss some of the classes because of family commitment or schedule conflict?
Special circumstances may be taken into consideration provided our office is given advance notice. Fees may be pro-rated accordingly and program customized to meet your needs depending on the circumstances.
Is there before or after-camp care?
We are unable to assist families with before or after-camp care. However, for those registered in a morning and afternoon class, campers will be given time to have their lunch in order to attend the next camp.
Where do campers have lunch?
Campers can eat their packed lunch in a supervised area within the school grounds (e.g. cafeteria or breezeway). The school cafeteria is closed.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available if the withdrawal is communicated in writing at least 14 days prior to the start date of the camp. An administrative fee of $50 will be applied. No refunds will be given if the withdrawal is made within 14 days of the camp start date.
What about your transfer policy and cancellation policy?
Request to transfer from one camp to another will be allowed provided it is communicated in writing at least 21 days prior to the start of the camp. If the request if made within 21 days of the camp start date, the request will be handled on a case to case basis. With regards to cancellation, there may be occasions when we may need to cancel camps and we will do our best to communicate this as soon as a decision is reached. However, we reserve the right to cancel any camp up to one week prior to the start of the camp. In such situations, all fees will be fully refunded accordingly.
