Join Daryl Weaver, new Assistant Principal of the Senior School, as he discusses changes in the BC Curriculum and how Vancouver College is uniquely positioned to take advantage of the latest educational trends to best prepare your sons for their futures. At the same time, learn more about Mr. Weaver himself, as he shares some of his personal stories and experiences, and explains how what he has learned from them will help make Vancouver College an even better school community for maximizing the potential of the whole person.



About Daryl Weaver (BSc, BEd, MEd)

Daryl Weaver is an alumnus of St. Thomas More Collegiate and received his Bachelor of Science (Zoology) from the University of British Columbia. Weaver pursued his Bachelor of Education at UBC and Master of Education (Department of Curriculum & Instruction) at Deakin University in Melbourne Australia. He began his teaching career abroad in Malawi, Africa and continued his international adventure in Hong Kong. He has been at Southridge School for 10 years most recently holding the position Assistant Head of Senior School. Weaver is an avid sports enthusiast, active parishioner, husband, and father of two.
