Daily Prayer & Announcements

Daily Prayer

Today’s prayer is by Adrian and Curtis (Mrs. Wong's class)

As a faith and learning community we begin our day,

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Lord God we praise and thank You for the gift of this day and for the night’s rest.

We pray for those who are poor, since they have to sleep outside in the harsh, cold weather. We pray for those who are hungry and thirsty, that they may find food and water. We pray for those who have died and have not yet reached heaven, that they may find hope and trust in God.

As Remembrance Day is this Sunday, let us acknowledge the soldiers who have died for us, for they have fought for our rights and our freedom. We truly thank them for everything that they have done.

Be with us Lord throughout this day, in our teaching, learning and all our activities.May everything we do and say today be guided by gospel values; by the way Jesus would want us to treat one another as we “Pursue Excellence in All Endeavours”.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.Amen

Blessed Edmund Rice….. Pray for Us.

Live Jesus in our Hearts…Forever.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
