Daily Prayer

Prayer for Thursday, December 12, 2019

By Rafael Schincariol, Gr.  11 Religion

As a faith and learning community we begin our day,

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Lord God we praise and thank you for the gift of this day and for the night’s rest.

During this Advent Season we are called to remember the true meaning of the season.

Celebrating the birth of Christ means being mindful of the importance of prayer and kindness to others.

May we be a light in the world to others.

Be with us Lord throughout this day, in our teaching, learning and all our activities.

Support us in our collective and continuous commitment to creating a faith and learning community where the dignity and well-being of each and every person is celebrated, nurtured, and respected.

May everything we do and say today be guided by gospel values; by the way Jesus would want us to treat one another as we “evangelize youth within the mission of the Church”.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.  Amen

Blessed Edmund Rice….. Pray for Us.

Live Jesus in our Hearts…Forever.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
